Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Translate Medicaid Health Care experience into software solutions and define product requirements for Healthcare Management
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure business requirements are well defined and documented, and drive user experience improvements
• Develop business cases, design user personas, and collaborate on market opportunities to enhance product value and profitability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years' experience in business analysis in the healthcare industry or equivalent education and experience
• Experience developing requirements for modern technology architectures (e.g., Java, Oracle, API)
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and software release governance
• Understanding of data governance and data quality
