Key Responsibilities

• Perform project discovery and develop initial budget estimates and resource requirements for solution implementation
• Facilitate requirements reviews with stakeholders and transform business needs into clearly defined requirements
• Lead user acceptance testing activities and drive the solution selection process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with business and solutions analysis
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with software package deployment
• Ability to manage time effectively and balance multiple priorities
