Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst with Lean Six Sigma Certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and implement HR, Finance, and Workflow systems
• Lead process improvement activities and manage transformation projects
• Identify and implement projects to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance productivity

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience as a Sr. Business Analyst
• Black Belt or Master Black Belt Certification; or Green Belt with significant experience
• Experience with various process improvement methodologies
• Proven track record of delivering process improvements
• Familiarity with project management tools and phases of the project lifecycle
