Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems using data from various sources to generate insights for decision-making
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns within datasets to understand their influence on business operations
• Develop forecasts, strategic, and tactical plans based on data analysis and market knowledge

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years of business analysis experience
• 6+ years of managed care experience
• Experience in creating Business Requirements Documents, Test Plans, and User Training materials
• Preferred: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification
