Senior Charge Master Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Charge Description Master Specialist - Charge.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Chargemaster compliance with coding and billing regulations
• Act as a liaison between the hospital ministry and the Revenue Integrity/Chargemaster department
• Train hospital staff on Chargemaster maintenance processes and charge capture improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Sciences, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of hospital chargemaster experience, including CDM Maintenance software
• 3 years of operational performance improvement and/or project management experience
• 5 years of experience with hospital EMR related to Chargemaster, preferably Epic EAP
• 3 years of experience with CDM Maintenance tools/software such as Craneware, Vitalware, nThrive
