Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective retention strategies to minimize churn and enhance customer loyalty
- Design and oversee promotional campaigns to incentivize retention efforts among customer care and retention agents
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify retention opportunities and inform strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in a customer retention role, preferably in telecommunications or broadband
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful customer retention programs
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software
- College degree and 8+ years professional level experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
