Senior Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal support across various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of agreements, including collaboration and service agreements
• Identify and mitigate legal risks, advise on regulatory compliance, and develop operational processes for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant legal experience for AGC or 4+ years for Senior Counsel, with a mix of law firm and in-house experience
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one bar
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in crypto, web3, or fintech
• Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems and relevant regulatory implications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
