Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation for credit policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure compliance of credit policy content with technical writing requirements and maintain accurate templates
- Lead documentation efforts for credit administration processes and recommend best practices to improve workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least seven (7) years of experience in technical documentation or business process writing
- Knowledge of credit policies and commercial lending
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and SharePoint with advanced formatting skills
- Experience working with policies within a financial institution
