Senior CRM Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, CRM (Email and SMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the CRM strategy across email, SMS, and push channels
• Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance results
• Analyze performance KPIs and optimize campaigns accordingly

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in email and/or SMS marketing roles; DTC experience preferred
• Proven experience in creating and scaling email & SMS programs that drive sales
• Deep understanding of customer lifecycle stages and behavior-based targeting
• Proficiency with CRM tools and analytics platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Twilio
• Strong understanding of deliverability, compliance, and rules of email and SMS communications
