- Design and implement instructional strategies to support learning and performance

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design or related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in corporate curriculum design or training development
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience designing online curriculums in adult learning settings
- Preferred experience in the healthcare industry and project management
