Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Complex Customer Care Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to provide premium service and resolve member issues
  • Handle 30 to 60 incoming calls, emails, and chats daily from members regarding various health plans
  • Educate members on managing their health and assist in navigating resources and services
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-demand contact center or customer service role
  • 1+ years of experience in the healthcare field or related services
  • Familiarity with computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed
