Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Complex Customer Care Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships to provide premium service and resolve member issues
- Handle 30 to 60 incoming calls, emails, and chats daily from members regarding various health plans
- Educate members on managing their health and assist in navigating resources and services
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in a high-demand contact center or customer service role
- 1+ years of experience in the healthcare field or related services
- Familiarity with computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed
