Required Qualifications

- Proven storytelling and interview skills with a history of producing high-quality customer assets
- Experience supporting both product-led growth and sales-led motions with targeted customer content
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot
- Experience in launching or contributing to customer communities or councils
