A company is looking for a Sr. Data Analyst to provide analytics support for a Customer Care department and lead strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a suite of reports and Tableau dashboards
- Optimize Care department strategies to create $1M+ in cost savings or revenue generation
- Lead strategic projects to enhance service revenue and customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of full-time experience with SQL
- Experience with SQL (Snowflake) and Tableau or other dashboarding tools
- Experience in consulting, analytics, statistics, project management, or operations
- Proven track record of driving financial or customer experience improvement
- Experience with presentation and graphic storytelling (PowerPoint) to executive audiences
