Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of data analysts, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery of outputs
• Produce data-driven insights to support HR Service Delivery strategies and improve processes
• Develop and implement dashboards and reports while ensuring data quality and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in data analytics and people leadership
• Experience managing large data sets and utilizing visualization software
• Strong project management skills and ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
