Senior DeFi Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior/Staff DeFi Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain DeFi infrastructure and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver core DeFi protocols, ensuring secure and gas-efficient deployments
• Lead cross-chain infrastructure development for seamless user experience across supported chains
• Collaborate with Security Engineering to implement robust security practices and tooling solutions

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of smart contract patterns, staking, AMMs, and stablecoins
• Proficiency in Solidity and EVM patterns, along with experience in advanced tools
• Proficiency in Rust and Solana patterns, with experience in relevant advanced tools
• Ability to design scalable and upgradeable DeFi systems with a focus on reliability
• Experience with messaging protocols and cross-chain infrastructure
