A company is looking for a Demand Generation and Growth Senior Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Architect integrated inbound and outbound campaign ecosystems using AI-first tools and automation platforms
• Own campaign analytics and funnel velocity metrics to enhance ROI and adjust strategies in real time
• Develop and execute channel marketing programs to increase brand awareness and drive partner engagement

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B SaaS experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• Proven experience with full-funnel strategy and pipeline accountability
• Strong understanding of outbound and inbound marketing channels
• Direct experience working at a startup during its hypergrowth phase
