Key Responsibilities
- Manage and scale Google and Microsoft Ads to meet LTV:CAC targets
- Optimize account structure, bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing page funnels
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the team
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of paid search experience in a B2C or SaaS environment
- Experience managing budgets of $500K-$1M+/month
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and knowledge of GA4 and GTM
- Experience optimizing for metrics like CAC and trial-to-sub conversion
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation tools
