Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Design Technologist specializing in Confluence Mobile & AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the design of innovative experiences for Confluence, focusing on collaboration in an AI and mobile-first world
• Build advanced interactive prototypes using Figma and modern JavaScript frameworks, rapidly exploring and validating design concepts
• Collaborate with engineers to clarify technical requirements and ensure smooth handoff from design to development

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in design technology, prototyping, and front-end development
• Expertise in React, JavaScript frameworks, and modern prototyping tools such as Figma
• Ability to bridge design and engineering in evolving technology environments
• Interest or experience in AI/ML, motion, accessibility, and emerging UI frameworks is a plus
• Track record of improving design processes and methodologies to enhance team impact
