Key Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot the Digital Bank's client-facing technology platforms
- Co-develop and execute the self-service banking strategy aligned with business goals
- Provide technical support and maintain documentation for digital platforms
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in technology, preferably in financial services
- Solid background in HTML/CSS/JavaScript frameworks
- Experience in Python is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
