Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Cloud & Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams while contributing to long-term vision and strategic goals
• Oversee operational maintenance activities and manage the change management process to ensure compliance with ITIL standards
• Serve as the senior escalation point for major issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 10+ years of IT leadership experience, including 5 years managing infrastructure, cloud, or network operations teams
• Proven success in managing large, cross-functional technology teams
• Strong background in ITIL and Knowledge Management processes
• Experience with Azure cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure technologies
