Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute full-funnel CRM strategies and optimize customer lifecycle stages
- Own digital acquisition strategy and manage the acquisition budget to achieve targets
- Lead paid media planning and build marketing insights for performance tracking
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership in lifecycle, growth, and performance marketing
- Proven track record in managing digital acquisition and CRM programs in a B2C or fintech environment
- Deep expertise in paid media buying and marketing analytics
- Experience in building and leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and marketing analytics platforms
