Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director - MLOps Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various leaders to define requirements for ML platform modernization
• Lead and mentor engineers in building a modern MLOps platform
• Develop scalable ML systems for batch training, inference, and real-time workloads

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years in ML platform engineering, with 12+ years in ML architecture and cloud modernization
• Proven track record designing hyperscale ML platforms across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• 10+ years optimizing Spark-based ML inference workloads
• Strong experience with Databricks and expertise in MLOps frameworks
