Senior Director of RCM Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Product Management for Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for RCM solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design impactful product features
• Analyze industry trends and track product performance to identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 8+ years in RCM products
• Prior experience in RCM operations or consulting is preferred
• Strong understanding of the entire RCM lifecycle
• Proven success in building and scaling enterprise healthcare products
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, or equivalent is preferred
