Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or 13-15 years of related experience with 9-10 years in management
- Proven experience in a leadership role within post-sales management, professional services, or customer support, preferably in a technology-driven environment
- Strong consulting background with the ability to translate customer needs into effective service solutions
- Deep understanding of customer success principles and experience in developing post-sales strategies
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance service delivery
