Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing engineering managers
• Deep expertise in system architecture, design patterns, and building scalable, distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Significant experience in budget management and resource planning for multiple teams
