Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in software engineering with proficiency in programming languages like Python and JavaScript
• 2+ years of experience managing engineers
• Proven experience in designing and scaling systems that enhance developer workflows
• Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical ideas to diverse stakeholders
