Senior Enterprise Security Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Enterprise Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise security policies and standards across IT
• Define and deliver on OKRs mapped to measurable KPIs to enhance security posture
• Manage enterprise security risk, including the Security Incident Response Team

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise security framework development
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems and security compliance best practices
• Relevant industry certifications (CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with security technologies and tools (SEIM, Vulnerability management, etc.)
• Ability to develop security incident Root Cause Analysis and remediation plans
