Senior FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior FP&A Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models and drive annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Analyze trade spend efficiency and maintain profitability analysis by product and customer
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to provide financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, trade promotion analysis, and budgeting
• Hands-on experience with ERP and planning tools (NetSuite, Adaptive, Tableau preferred)
