Senior Generative AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Generative AI Research Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, post-train, and optimize foundation models for real-world applications
• Contribute to the development of large-scale training infrastructure and scalable data pipelines
• Collaborate with teams to bring world models from idea to deployment and mentor junior engineers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in building and deploying generative AI systems or 5+ years in research/postdoc
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX
• Expertise in foundation models including LLMs, diffusion models, and transformer architectures
• Hands-on experience with large-scale training and data processing techniques
• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Math, Physics, or a related field
