Key Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks for sales efforts and client renewals
• Translate complex benefit plans into visually engaging materials while adhering to brand standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored visual solutions and manage multiple design projects

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in corporate or financial services
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong formatting skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of PowerPoint presentations and marketing collateral targeting professional services
