A company is looking for a Senior Performance Designer to lead and enhance direct response creative across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own design execution across all paid media channels with a focus on conversion-driven creative
- Manage and mentor a team of Graphic Designers and Video Editors focused on performance creative
- Drive creative testing strategy and develop design iterations based on performance data and insights
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in design for DTC brands, with at least 2 years in a performance-driven creative role
- Proven track record of designing high-performing ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Strong design toolkit skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects
- Experience managing and mentoring junior designers and editors
- Deep understanding of creative testing frameworks and ad optimization methodologies
