Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer who is passionate about creating visually appealing and user-centric web and application designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple UX Design projects, identifying business and user needs to deliver optimal solutions
• Apply user-centered design methodologies throughout the project lifecycle and translate research findings into innovative design concepts
• Oversee interaction design, coordinate with developers, and present design solutions to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with user-centered design processes and expert knowledge in UCD methodology
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma and familiarity with UX design and project management tools
• Proven experience designing websites and applications for various devices and platforms
• Ability to understand strategic business needs and manage timelines effectively
• A bachelor's or master's degree in design-related fields such as interaction design or Human-Computer Interaction
