Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to lead analytical investigations and support product development using healthcare data.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hypothesis-driven investigations using healthcare data for product validation and decision-making
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to test assumptions and support early-stage design
• Summarize findings to influence product direction and contribute to data documentation efforts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with healthcare-related datasets (e.g., EMR/EHR, lab, claims)
• Strong SQL skills for data exploration and analysis
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT, LOINC
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, or Operations teams
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize impactful solutions
