Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to track employee engagement metrics

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, HR, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in HR data analytics
- Advanced proficiency in BI Reporting Tools (e.g., DOMO, PowerBI, Tableau)
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and survey platforms
- Demonstrated flexibility and curiosity in navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
