A company is looking for a Senior HR Engagement Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to track employee engagement metrics
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends related to employee engagement and attrition
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to provide data-driven insights for engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, HR, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in HR data analytics
• Advanced proficiency in BI Reporting Tools (e.g., DOMO, PowerBI, Tableau)
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and survey platforms
• Demonstrated flexibility and curiosity in navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
