Senior HVAC Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HVAC Engineer 1 - Nuclear.

Key Responsibilities

• Design HVAC systems and troubleshoot various HVAC engineering issues
• Support the planning and coordination of detailed design phases for facility engineering work
• Prepare technical specifications, engineering studies, and assist with facility upgrades and replacements

Required Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Five or more years of experience in HVAC system design for laboratory or industrial facilities
• Proficiency in TRACE 700 or Carrier HAP
• Ability to create design flow diagrams and P&IDs
• Knowledge of relevant HVAC codes and standards
