Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of learning solutions for complex policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of comprehensive learning solutions for Social Security policies
- Conduct needs assessments and create instructional strategies that meet federal training standards
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of learning materials
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field with 7+ years of experience
- Expert knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, and other federal-approved instructional design methodologies
- Experience designing training for complex government policies and procedures
- Proficiency in federal-approved authoring tools such as Articulate or Captivate
- Eligibility for Public Trust Clearance and experience with controlled unclassified information handling
