Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Analyst/Programmer to manage system software and support applications within the Image Management Systems unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate alternative approaches and present recommendations to teams and unit leadership
• Maintain and support multiple systems or complex software applications across various sites
• Produce and maintain documentation such as system requirements, designs, and resource inventories

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in healthcare technology
• Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system
• Exposure to managing both custom developed and vendor-supplied applications
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task among multiple complex tasks/projects
• Evidence of project management skills
