A company is looking for a Senior IT Service Manager to assist with the overall IT service catalog and enhance the efficiency of IT service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops strategies and plans for IT service operations, ensuring high quality and availability
- Oversees operational activities for IT service and support teams to improve response practices and reduce service volume
- Manages system events processing and provides technical guidance to analysts executing service operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
- 4 - 6 years of related experience in IT service management
- Knowledge of ITSM, ESM, and relevant network systems
- ITIL Foundations v4 certification preferred
- Experience with Linux, Unix, Windows Server, and Active Directory is desired
