Network Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Systems NonExempt.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise network systems to ensure optimal performance and availability
• Provide technical support and document network configurations while responding to alerts and outages
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to optimize network performance and coordinate equipment replacements

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer networking or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of one year of experience supporting and monitoring network systems in an enterprise environment
• Formal training or direct experience with enterprise-level computer network systems and Windows platforms
• Experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems
• Knowledge of Cisco network devices and familiarity with DHCP services
