Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Queue Manager to oversee and manage ServiceNow ticket workflows related to computer fulfillment and asset lifecycle tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming and active ServiceNow tickets related to computer procurement and asset support
- Oversee the ServiceNow Returns Queue and validate returned equipment against asset records
- Track device movements throughout their lifecycle and ensure accurate inventory reporting
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, Asset Management, or Fulfillment modules)
- Familiarity with ERP systems and asset tracking/inventory platforms
- Strong understanding of IT fulfillment and asset returns management
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
- Experience with SLA monitoring and issue escalation protocols
