Senior Learning Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Learning Experience Consultant to provide thought leadership in instructional design strategies and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analysis and determine effective instructional design strategies
• Create and manage project plans while collaborating with SMEs and project team members
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and materials post-implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a closely related field; a master's degree is a plus
• 5 or more years of experience in designing learner-centered training programs
• 5 or more years of experience conducting learning needs analyses
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design practices
• Familiarity with courseware authoring tools and e-learning design principles
