A company is looking for a Senior Learning Experience Consultant to provide thought leadership in instructional design strategies and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct learning needs analysis and determine effective instructional design strategies
- Create and manage project plans while collaborating with SMEs and project team members
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and materials post-implementation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a closely related field; a master's degree is a plus
- 5 or more years of experience in designing learner-centered training programs
- 5 or more years of experience conducting learning needs analyses
- Working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design practices
- Familiarity with courseware authoring tools and e-learning design principles
