Elementary Academic Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Coach, Elementary Licensure Exam Preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one academic coaching sessions to strengthen content knowledge and test-taking strategies for licensure exams
• Analyze candidate data to adjust instruction and monitor progress, creating personalized study plans
• Support candidates in managing test anxiety through mindfulness techniques and self-regulation strategies

Qualifications

• Valid teaching certificate in elementary education
• At least 3 years of work experience as a certified elementary teacher
• Bachelor's degree required
• Familiarity with licensure exams such as Praxis, GACE, NYSTCE, ILTS, PECT, or TExES
• Knowledge of culturally responsive teaching
