Key Responsibilities
- Design various learning solutions including e-learnings and performance support tools for revenue teams
- Conduct needs analyses to identify performance gaps and establish clear learning objectives
- Manage instructional design projects from scoping to completion, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design or learning design
- At least 2 years of experience designing for frontline employees in sales or customer success roles
- Exceptional storytelling skills to create engaging and visually compelling learning materials
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in learning technology tools and experience with Learning Management Systems
