A company is looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and implement learning experiences and programs for employee growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with business stakeholders to identify development needs and ensure program alignment
- Design and deliver innovative development programs, managing budgets and stakeholder relationships
- Conduct needs assessments and develop instructional materials, ensuring content accuracy and relevance
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 10 years of experience in Learning/OD/Leadership within large organizations
- Deep knowledge of leadership development, instructional design strategies, and learning assessment
- Extensive experience in designing development programs across multiple modalities
- Ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategies into practical talent development initiatives
