Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Model Dev).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical efforts and define the strategic vision for developing novel biomarkers
• Design and build AI-based biomarkers on multimodal data to predict molecular traits and patient outcomes
• Architect and implement tools to streamline the end-to-end model development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience using PyTorch or TensorFlow
• 2+ years of experience as a technical lead in launching and monitoring machine-learning products
• Proven ability to communicate complex ML concepts to non-ML collaborators
• Track record of research contributions, including peer-reviewed publications
• Experience with self-supervised representation learning (e.g., MoCo, DINOv2) is desired
