Senior Machine Learning Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to develop and implement an AI/ML platform for ADME-Tox prediction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, building, and training of deep learning models for predicting ADME-Tox properties
• Establish validation strategies to assess model performance and predictive accuracy
• Architect and implement data pipelines for large-scale dataset integration and normalization

Required Qualifications

• PhD in chemistry, biology, or a related field, or MS with 3 years of relevant experience
• At least 3 years of experience developing AI/ML models for chemical or biological applications
• Deep understanding of deep learning algorithms and multimodal data relevant to ADME-Tox prediction
• High proficiency in developing AI/ML algorithms using PyTorch and PyG
• Experience developing production AI/ML systems and familiarity with GxP frameworks
