Senior Manager of Healthcare Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager to oversee health plan ecosystem implementations and manage program teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful implementation of health plan ecosystem offerings and manage team cohesion
• Develop and execute program management plans, maintaining RACI matrix and RAID Log
• Proactively manage interdependencies and risks, ensuring high-quality solutions for clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a technical field; 8+ years of relevant experience in IT or Healthcare Management
• Master's degree preferred
• Experience in managing complex programs and ecosystems
• Familiarity with Program Management, Change Management, and SDLC
• Healthcare payor experience and experience with Agile tools and methodologies
