Senior Manager of Software Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a large engineering team across multiple regions
• Collaborate with the Technical Lead and Product team to align priorities
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and skill development within the team

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams of 5+ people
• 7+ years of experience in Tech, preferably in Big Data
• Proven record of launching successful cloud data processing applications
• 5+ years of experience with Scala/Java, Spark, and cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Familiarity with orchestration technologies and cloud databases/data warehouses
