Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead the development of high-performance backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of server-side applications using C++ on Linux
• Manage a team of software engineers and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver features

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in C++ (11/14/17 preferred)
• Solid experience with Linux-based development environments and shell scripting
• Hands-on knowledge of CGI programming using C++ or Perl
• 8+ years of software development experience, including 2 years in a technical leadership role
• Proven track record of shipping scalable and maintainable code
