A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Training & Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy and delivery of global training and enablement programs tied to business KPIs
  • Build scalable programs that balance technical training and development of human skills
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of enablement programs to measure their impact and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in enablement, training, or learning & development, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing enablement initiatives that drive productivity and performance improvement
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives
  • Experience in business transformation with a focus on data-driven enablement approaches
  • Ability to design and deliver training programs addressing various adult learning types
