Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and delivery of global training and enablement programs tied to business KPIs
- Build scalable programs that balance technical training and development of human skills
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of enablement programs to measure their impact and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in enablement, training, or learning & development, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing enablement initiatives that drive productivity and performance improvement
- Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives
- Experience in business transformation with a focus on data-driven enablement approaches
- Ability to design and deliver training programs addressing various adult learning types
